All our products are made in Sheffield. Handcrafted using traditional methods at our  home based workshop.
Our range of accessories are all custom made, your item is made just for you.
Using full grain vegetable tanned leather with natural range marks.
Hand dyed and finished with a blend of oils and wax ensures a unique item every time.

 Shipping

We ship worldwide from Sheffield, England.

If your country is not available at the checkout please contact us and we can arrange via email or over the phone.

All of our products are handmade to order. We make every effort to get orders out as promptly as possible.
UK Shipping
Please allow 7 days for us to produce your item.
Handmade bags and personalised items can take longer.
We will advise via email when we receive an order 
Once dispatched UK delivery is typically 2-5 days.
International Shipping

International shipping times vary;

Europe - 7 days
North America - 10 days
Asia Pacific - 10 days
Australia and New Zealand - 10 days

Delivery

We use Royal Mail for our deliveries.
All UK orders are sent recorded delivery and tracked.
You will receive a confirmation email to say for item has been dispatched.
This will have your tracking information with a link to Royal Mail so you can track the progress of your order.
International orders are not tracked as standard. Please upgrade to international tracked at the checkout if you wish to track your item.
Import taxes vary depending on country.

Payment

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit and credit cards.

If you are having any trouble paying for your order online please email or call us and we can process your order over the phone. 

Ordering A Gift

If your order is a gift for someone please let us know in the notes section at the checkout. Please enter the recipients delivery address if you want us to send the item direct to them. We will ensure no receipts are enclosed if we know you are purchasing a gift.

All our products come with leather after care buffing pad.

Products such as wallets, cardholders, notebook covers, tech cases, hip flasks, our homeware collection and stationary items over £25.00 are delivered in presentation boxes.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to change your order please contact ASAP.
We will make every effort to change your order. If production of an item has commenced or an item has been dispatched it may not be possible to change your order.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order you can return it to us and we will refund the cost of the product and postage.
You would be expected to pay for the postage back to us. Once we receive the item we will issue the refund.
We are always looking to improve our products and welcome customer feedback. If you do return an item please let us know why.
